Subscription Plans
Free Trials
- All products offer a free trial period where applicable
- No payment is required during the trial period
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge
Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
Annual Subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year
- You may cancel at any time, but refunds are only available within the first 14 days of purchase
- After 14 days, you will retain access until the end of your annual billing period
- No partial refunds are provided after the 14-day period
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of initial purchase
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours
- Features materially different from those advertised at time of purchase
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after the 14-day period for annual plans
- Partial month usage on monthly plans
- Failure to cancel before renewal date
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Third-party service issues outside our control

Refund Processing

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
